Refund Policy

We highly doubt it but if you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason you can return it within 28 days to return it for a full refund. 

Your item must be returned in the same condition it arrived in. Coins which have been removed from their mint packaging or proof or brilliant uncirculated coins which have been mishandled are considered damaged. 

If you are returning an items to us, include your order details in the parcel - name, invoice/receipt number and contact details. Once you have returned your items, please allow 10 working days for us to receive it and process your refund.
